The VitalBio Insights Blog

Short, sourced write-ups on the viral health ads that land in our readers' feeds and the products waiting at the end of them. Each piece is built the same way as our product reports: we open the live pages ourselves, read the label, check the citations against the original papers, and say plainly what holds up and what doesn't. Where an established, well-labeled alternative exists on Amazon we point to it, with a disclosed affiliate link; where none does, we don't.

The "Honey Trick" Ads, Fact-Checked

A long video promises a honey ritual that takes seconds and fixes memory, or energy, or both. The recipe never arrives; a checkout for capsules or gummies does. We opened three of those funnels, read each product's own ingredient list (none contains honey), and set the claims next to what honey actually contains and what the published research says.
